Woking ‘green’ office space marketed

Following PRUPIM’s recent pre-letting of 18,000 sq ft on the first and second floors of Hollywood House in Woking town centre to Skanska, refurbishment works on the entire property are now well underway. Upon completion at the end of this month, Hollywood House will offer the “ greenest “ office space in Woking with features such as a photovoltaic system and smart energy metering. The remaining three floors of the 44,000 sq ft office building are available through letting agents , Hanover Green, either individually from 8,029 sq ft or as a whole totalling 25,747 sq ft. The quoting rent is £25.00 per sq ft, subject to contract.
