Great Portland Street investment deal completed

We’re excited to have acted for Royal London Asset Management on the sale of the freehold interest in 117/123 Great Portland Street, London W1, to Concord London Developments for £19.15m.

The prominent corner building, which spans around 14,700 sq ft, was originally developed in 1912 and had been owned by Royal London for decades. It retains many original features and is leased for a further nine years to HSBC, who are not in occupation.

The building affords Concord a number of interestsing refurbishment or change-of-use options in the future.
