Marking another fantastic letting completed, we’re proud to welcome TMA Data Management to The Smith, in what represents Kingston’s largest letting of the year so far.

We advised our private landlord client, alongside joint agents Cattaneo Commercial, on a deal that will see the data management firm take a 10-year lease on 5,100 sq ft of space across the third floor of the recently refurbished office building. Martin Campbell & Co acted for the occupier on the deal.
